PANADELY SAN MARTÍN JILOTEPEQUE
The new Panadely store in San Martín Jilotepeque represents one of those projects where technical expertise and logistical precision are truly put to the test. Spanning 102 m², we carried out a complete renovation that included design, architectural adaptation, civil works, installations, finishes, and the implementation of the brand's new concept.
Located more than 70 km from the city, this project required meticulous planning due to the area's geographical and accessibility challenges. The route to the site traversed mountain roads, steep inclines, and areas with heavy traffic, demanding detailed coordination for the transport of materials, equipment, and personnel. Each stage was executed by optimizing routes, times, and deliveries to ensure the continuity of the project.
The project included:
Redesign of the store layout to improve customer flow and the overall user experience.
Implementation of the new Panadely concept, adhering to established standards for lighting, furnishings, and finishes.
Execution of civil works and electrical system adapted to the environmental conditions.
Integration of highly durable materials to withstand the climate and dynamics of the area.
Despite logistical challenges, the project was completed on schedule and to the high standards of quality that characterize Scriptum Designs. The new Panadely store in San Martín Jilotepeque becomes a benchmark for the brand's expansion in the interior of the country, reinforcing its presence and strengthening its connection with the community.
