Expansion and Transformation of Corporate Offices in Guatemala

As part of our 10th anniversary celebration, we are sharing a project that perfectly exemplifies our approach to work: the expansion of Target Sourcing Services' offices in Guatemala.

Expanding an office is more than just adding square footage. It means evolving an existing space to meet new needs, new ways of working, and the growth of an organization.

In this project, we participated fully in the design, planning, and execution of the expansion, working collaboratively with the Target team to transform their needs and vision into a functional, coherent space prepared for diverse work dynamics.

Designing for Growth

The challenge wasn't simply adding new spaces. It was essential to integrate them within a consolidated organization, maintaining a coherent relationship between the existing and new areas.

The proposal incorporated different environments designed for concentration, collaboration, meetings, training, and teamwork, ensuring that each space addressed a specific need without compromising the overall unity.

Workstations, meeting rooms, training spaces, and flexible areas coexist within a single design, where layout, lighting, furniture, and finishes were coordinated as part of a comprehensive solution.

Design, Planning, and Execution

Working on an expansion within an existing operation requires much more than simply carrying out construction. It involves carefully planning each stage, coordinating different specialties, and making decisions that allow for the efficient integration of the new space.

Therefore, the project was developed through close coordination with the Target team, aligning design, planning, construction, finishes, and execution to bring the project vision to life.

The result is an expansion that doesn't feel like an added space, but rather a natural evolution of the offices: an environment prepared to support the growth of Target Sourcing Services and its diverse ways of working.

A Corporate Office Project Designed for People

Beyond the added square footage, the project sought to improve how people use and experience the space.

Each space was designed to facilitate different moments of the workday: from individual work and concentration to meetings, training, and team collaboration.

For us, that's an essential part of a **corporate office remodel and expansion**: first understanding how the organization needs to function and then transforming those needs into spaces that truly work.
