At NIU Solutions' offices, we carried out a complete renovation focused on optimizing space distribution and resolving the acoustic problems that were affecting daily work. The original design didn't make good use of the available areas, and without acoustic treatment, noise, echo, and reverberation created a dysfunctional environment.

To address this, we implemented two enclosed, soundproofed individual booths, as well as open coworking booths for four people, each with its own acoustic treatment. The main meeting room, which was constructed of glass, was enclosed to ensure greater privacy without sacrificing natural light. In the open areas, Rockwool mineral wool acoustic panels in the company's colors were installed, reducing reverberation while reinforcing the brand's visual identity.

The entire project was designed and executed using the highest materials and standards, ensuring an efficient, comfortable, and long-lasting result, designed to foster both individual concentration and teamwork.
