ISADORA NARANJO MALL
Construction and complete fit-out project for an Isadora retail store, located in Naranjo Mall, Guatemala.
The scope included the complete execution of the space: civil works, electrical installations, lighting, finishes, furniture, and integration of graphic elements, following brand guidelines and adapting them to the actual conditions of the store and the shopping center.
This was a project with demanding deadlines, where coordination with multiple stakeholders—suppliers, mall management, and the brand team—was crucial to meeting the opening date. Detailed planning and precise execution allowed for parallel progress in different phases of construction, optimizing timelines without compromising quality.
The design prioritizes a warm and organized environment, where lighting plays a key role in product display. The layout was conceived to facilitate a fluid flow, inviting customers to explore the space naturally.
As with any retail project, the challenge was not only construction but also doing so within an active operation, with restrictions on hours, logistics, and access. The project was completed in extended shifts, ensuring that every detail was ready for the opening.
Today, the store is open and fulfilling its purpose from day one: welcoming customers, showcasing products, and operating seamlessly.
This project confirms something that's always true in retail: the opening is non-negotiable.
