The Isadora Chimaltenango renovation represented one of the biggest logistical challenges of our recent projects. Located within a busy shopping mall, the entire process had to be completed overnight, outside of regular business hours, with no room for error or delay. This required meticulous planning, with teams entering as soon as the doors closed and leaving before the start of the next day.

The project included a complete renovation of the fixtures, electrical upgrades, interior finishes, and precise architectural adjustments. Each night, we worked under tight deadlines and with high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality, ensuring that the store was ready to operate the following day as if nothing had happened. The result: a completely renovated store with a modern image, consistent with the brand guidelines, and delivered without interrupting sales or impacting the customer experience.
