SCRIPTUM executed the Flying Tiger Copenhagen project at Oakland Place, the brand's first store in Guatemala, with an area of 162 sqm. This project marked the arrival of a renowned international retail chain to the Guatemalan market, becoming a significant addition to our commercial construction portfolio.

The execution focused on bringing the brand concept to life, integrating design, functionality, and space optimization to create an attractive commercial environment aligned with Flying Tiger Copenhagen's international identity. Leveraging our experience in the construction and remodeling of commercial spaces, we coordinated the necessary work to meet the project requirements and ensure a smooth execution.
