MODEL APARTMENT "PARQUE MARISCAL"
Shopping mall projects have something in common: tight deadlines, high expectations, and the constant challenge of working while everything is in motion. This was the case with Parque Mariscal, a space redesigned by Scriptum Designs within Miraflores, one of Guatemala's busiest shopping malls, and developed by Spectrum.
Our role was clear: to breathe life into a public space within the mall that needed renovation without sacrificing functionality. And that meant more than just beautification. We executed a complete remodel with an emphasis on architectural finishes, drywall installation, specialized painting, flooring, and technical details that had to meet the demands of the high foot traffic and the surrounding urban environment.
Every square meter required meticulous planning. We coordinated nighttime work, silent maneuvers, and quick decisions. All to respect the flow of daily commerce. It wasn't just about building: it was about adapting to the rhythm of the place without disrupting it.
Beyond the final result—which speaks for itself visually—Parque Mariscal served as a reminder that the true challenge in commercial construction isn't just technical, it's logistical. And that's where Scriptum excels. We deliver a functional, attractive space, consistent with the developer's vision, and above all, designed to last.
