In 2017, we were responsible for the complete renovation of the ADOC store in Pradera Chimaltenango, coinciding with the second phase of the shopping center's expansion. We undertook the project on a turnkey basis, managing everything from the initial structural work to the final finishing touches and installation.

We coordinated all technical and logistical aspects of the project, including electrical installations, commercial lighting, furniture, finishes, and signage, adhering to ADOC's regional brand standards. The project was executed under a tight schedule, in an environment still under construction, which required precise planning and collaborative work with other contractors on site.

Thanks to efficient and meticulous execution, the store was delivered ready to operate, meeting the brand's corporate guidelines and respecting the established deadlines. This project exemplifies how we manage high-traffic retail spaces, even under complex construction conditions.
